I would stay here again on discounted day rates only. I would not pay the full rate to stay here. The staff is somewhat helpful. They make you think that they are helping, but when you turn your back they just sit down and do nothing. We complained about our next door guest having the TV on full blast day and night to early hours in the a.m to very late in the night. I would wake up to the sound of the tv at 3a.m that's how bad it was constantly. Nothing was done so I complained again the next day and the front desk person told me they would have done something about it if I would of complained before and I told her I did. Well that was a waste of time. Also our room door wouldn't lock you could open it without the card key. Basically every time we used our key card it would disactivate the lock , because of this we left our room without lock several times, without knowing this, until we came back and it opened without the use of the key card, after that they had to fix it every time we had to go out so it would lock, anoying since we had to wait for them to lock it before we left every time after that. Breakfast is over at 10 a.m. Everyone rushes around the same time to eat before closing up station and by an hour before 10 stuff is mostly gone. So I suggest make it there early enough. Good part is that is very near Dulles airport 10 minutes. Also is a pet friendly hotel with a $50 deposit no matter the lenght of stay, they recommend you bring a kennel. They have an ndoor pool and gym. Washington DC is about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Overall is a great hotel, we got it on sale days I think it was half off. Usually is over $100 a night. I like it a lot at half off and would stay there again at half off again.
