The room was fairly inexpensive, the staff and service were always friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. I've seen some reviews complaining that the inn is noisy, but even though it's downtown, I noticed that my stay was quieter than a night at home (I live near an ambulance/emergency vehicle route). The only cons I can think of are that it's a short walk (~5 min) to the heart of downtown and the bed wasn't as comfy as I had hoped, but for the price it's definitely worth it.
