This place was a disappointment

As anyone who is accustomed to this kind of Hotel and the kind of service that should come with this, you would understand. The Hotel is beautiful as expected but then the terrible service comes. First the Valet. I was spoken to by what was supposedly the manager of the valet. This guy is a used car salesman in disguise, he gave me the biggest bunch of bs I ever heard. I thought he was running for office. His Name was Brian and what a character. He was making all kinds of promises and when it came time to deliver the used car salesman came out. One time as I was outside enjoying a cigar I watched as he relentlessly treated his staff like slaves. The room service was half half as our maid did not know english. The food could have been better at the restaurant for the kind of price they charge and the all around service was slow. The pool and starbucks were the high lite but that is not what I paid for
