We liked our stay, but were traveling with my elderly mother and pets, yet they gave us second floor rooms. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, and it was a strain for my mother and a hassle with the pets to go in and out. Check-in was ridiculous! We stood in line as one person handled the check-in of about 10 groups and the main switchboard. We had dinner at the adjacent restaurant. Food was fine for the convenience and staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.
