I had clients from outside the country with me in Las Vegas. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no record from Travelocity at the hotel that we had paid reservations through Travelocity. I was kept on the phone for over three hours talking to Travelocity, trying to get them to send verification that we had paid reservations. My clients had to wait in the lobby, standing, while the hotel and Travelocity argued about the reservations. They had just arrived from a long trip. I was so embarrassed and lost those clients. What a horrible experience!
