You get what you pay for with this hotel. From what we understood, the rooms were owned individually and rented to the hotel, so experiences may differ depending. The furniture in our room was in decent upkeep and things were clean for the most part. There was no daily maid service so the sheets did not get changed. Our room also came with a kitchen, however, our refrigerator did not work. Our biggest issue with the hotel was our wireless router not working. We took the problem up with the front desk who allowed us to use one from their manager for the night. Their parking structure is extremely small and you will need to pay a daily fee to park there. There is a burger restaurant next door and a bar/grill just further down the street. The beach is a minute walk and there is a Starbucks right at the corner. All in all the location is the best part and this is a good place to stay for the price if you aren't planning on staying in your hotel much during your trip.
