It wasn't the nicest place, but you also aren't paying top dollar like you would at a 4-5 star hotel or resort, it was a place to sleep and keep our belongings while we explored the island. It had a tv. I felt safe there. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The carpet in the bedroom and floor in the bathroom needs to be redone, but whatever I just wore my socks or flip-flops the whole time and I didn't care as much that I was getting sand every where. The bed was ok, nothing special. Did not find any bugs. The water was warm once you tweaked it a little. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Small boxes of cereal, OJ, toast, and small pastries that were sticky due to the humidity. The staff was friendly enough. There is only one lane to park your rental vehicles, but the staff were nice enough to move their vehicles when you needed to leave for the day. It isn't a franchise so don't expect franchise quality. We were on a budget and saved some money so we could enjoy other things on the island. Like I said, if you plan on staying around the hotel most of the time while you are on Puerto Rico, then spend your money on a nice hotel. If you are just looking for a place to keep your belongings, safe/secure, warm water, and a bed to sleep with no bugs, then stay here.
