I was deceived by the staff on two occasions when I requested a fitted bottom sheet to my bed. The non-fitted regular flat sheet was used and kept coming un-tucked during the night which kept me up. I requested of the house keeper on our floor that, if possible, this could be taken care of for the next evening. She said they had fitted sheets and that it would be done for me no problem. It was not done. Upon getting into bed that evening this problem was discovered once again. I called housekeeping and they assured me that someone would be up to my room in short order to remedy the situation with a "fitted sheet." I called housekeeping back 30 minutes later since they still hadn't arrived at my room. I was then told that the hotel did not have any fitted sheets at all and they wondered what I wanted them to do about the situation. There only solution was to offer additional flat sheets. This all was very frustrating and resulted in poor nights of sleep. Any hotel without fitted sheets does not 'stack up' in my book. Also, the hallways were dirty with debris when we arrived and did not get vacuumed during the two days we were there.
