The staff were great - nice, friendly, and helpful! The bed was also very comfortable. Also, the complimentary breakfast buffet was pretty good, a step up from free continental breakfasts. However, the rooms are very outdated (old tube tvs, dingy colors and carpets). In addition, I found a bug in the bathroom of my first room - I don't know what it was, but it was creepy. I complained, and they moved me to another room on a floor that wreaked of pesticide. I received a great price on the room through Travelocity; and, as mentioned, the bed was comfy. But I won't likely stay there again.
