The room was nice enough and plenty large. It appeared to have been recently renovated. We had minimal interactions with hotel staff until after we checked out, when we realized that not only had we been billed by Travel Website, but the hotel had billed us as well! When I spoke to Travel Website customer service, they were not helpful in solving the problem. After repeated phone calls to the bank and the hotel, they have now told me I can expect the money to come back into my account, but this is unacceptable! I assumed that booking through Travel Website would mean a pleasant customer experience, but that is not what I got.
