I was very nervous about traveling to Nashville about a month after the flood. My initial reservation had to be canceled due to flooding and closure of the hotel. I quickly searched for other accomodations not knowing what to expect. I did not want to rent a car and worry about parking. I picked this hotel as there were few other available. It turned out to be very comfortable with consistent quality for cleanliness and comfort of the room, and public areas. It had a restaurant that offered a tastey breakfast buffet and Blue Moon on draft. Was really impressed me was the customer service provided by the staff. The hotel provided shuttle service to the festival, downtown and restaurants. The shuttle drivers were expeceptional in their service orientation. They were personable, informative and caring. One passenger needed to go the the hospital nearby. He walked the guest to the door of urgent care center. It was extremely hot and he offered cold beverages to guests, fellow employees, and hospital workers.
