I was very excited to be staying at a Hyatt thinking I was getting top of the line accomodations. I was quite dissapointed. The room was very run down and in need of updates. The hotel was really big so it felt cold and uninviting. The concierge was helpful when looking for restaurant recommendations and maps but other than that I didn't have any interaction with hotel staff. It was a fine place to stay the night but I don't think I'll be back.
