My daughter and I stayed at this hotel while attending funeral services for a family member. I can't believe it was accidental that they booked every guest with the same last name onto the same floor--we had numerous family members within one or two doors of us. It was helpful at a difficult time. The only drawback I'm aware of is that my sister [staying on a different floor--she has a different surname] had a baby with her and was given the wrong type of room. She needed a microwave for food items for the baby and her room didn't have one. Otherwise, we all had a good experience with our stay.
