The maid, bell, room service, and manager staff were all fantastic and helpful. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional each of the 6 times I interacted with them. The hotel needs a remodel, which is unlikely considering the state of Vegas now. Everything was worn and needed a refurbish. I will NOT stay here again due to the fees charged for EVERYTHING. To use the safe, internet, view basic cable channels, mail a package, get room service, and on and on, were all separate charges and ridiculously high charges too. Also, getting around the hotel was difficult and the clientele were lowbrow.
