The staff at the Marriott Marquis was extremely helpful and very friendly.

We arrived on a Tuesday which I suppose is not a busy day of the week for them. They had plenty of staff in the lobby and offered assistance nonstop. They were extraordinarily friendly. The concierge was also very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome!
