Since housekeeping started on the opposite side of our floor, we had to ask housekeeping 2 to 3 times during the 7 days we were there to service our room. Their rationale was they didnt have time. Also, Our floor did not have hot water in the late evenings. Maintenance confirms no hot water in our room. Front desk tells us that we had to wait for hot water, no accommodations on lowers floors which had hot water or sister hotels. Hotels are normally accommodating but front desk stated since we booked through travelocity we had to work through them. Called travel agency after hotel told us that they couldn't do anything for us since we booked through travel agency.Travel agency demanded that they provide other accommodations for us which never happened. All of this during our already stressful time of bereavement. Even if this was a normal vacation, this type of service is totally unacceptable
