We stayed at this hotel on June12, 2011 for one night and it was like being trapped in the 1970's and I don't think anyone had inhabited the room since then. It was old, dingy and only two bath towels in the bathroom. I left a message on housekeeping phone number but no one ever called back or delivered more towels. The bed-how can I even describe the bed-BAD. On inquiring with the front desk as to perhaps relocating to another room, I was told there were no other rooms available. Just so you know I booked this online with AOL and my reservation said "Concierge King Room with A balcony". I would have to give this hotel nothing more than a 2 rating. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay there again I would never recommend it to anyone.
