I have stayed at the Penn's Landing Hyatt before, and the service has always been great. This New Year's Eve 2011 I stayed over for the NYE celebrations and found the service to be very slow. Checking in the hotel was extremely crowded and confusing, while checking out the next day took over an hour; then waiting for my car to be brought up took another 30 minutes. The room itself was not well kept, and very dusty, which is surprising considering the $* per night rate. The hotel is in a great location that offers many options, but it is in desparate need of a facelift. In the meantime, please hire more people for your busy times, and dust the rooms!
