I was somewhat dissapointed when we got into our room and discovered it was not cleaned. The hotel had a full house prior to our stay and did not have time, I guess, to clean before we moved in. I brought this to the attention of a staff member ( sorry did not get his title or name), who immediately took action and moved us to a room he cleaned for us. He also offered to buy us dinner, which we polietly declined, as we appreciated their swift correction of the problem. Later that evening the same staff member brought us a lovely treat of cookies and fruit, with drinks. We appreciated the snack and gesture. Overall it was a great experience because they acted quickly and appropriately. I would definately stay there again. All of the staff were very friendly and my husband and I had a lovely 3 day visit for our 1st Wedding Anniversary! I look forward to staying at this hotel again this summer when we visit Hershey Park!
