LaConcha is nicely situated in the center of Key West activities, an easy walk to most anyhting you would like to do or see. It is a lovely hotel, good service. We visited at Christmas and were surprised that the rooms were not heated, so we froze for the entire visit. No internet was available, and no businss services. Also, during the holidays the kitchen was slow but offered a lovely menu. Great place to stay during the warmer and busier seasons.
