The Langham was everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. The room was beautiful, had fantastic beds/linens/pillows, great bathroom and nice amenities. We were only there long enough to change, shower, and sleep between sightseeing in Boston and departing for our cruise the next morning, so we didn't experience the hotel other than the lobby and the room. The only reason I detracted points from room quality was because we could not get it cool enough - it was only October yet the high dry heat could not be reduced even though we tried to run the A/C to counteract the too warm temperature. The staff was helpful with sightseeing advice, and the location was perfectly central to, and within walking distance of many famous sights. No need to rent a car or take an expensive taxi when staying here.....
