Good location, poor service

We recently returned from a week long stay and we would not return to this resort. The grounds were clean and there are 3 nice pools but the staff were not friendly and acted bothered when we had questions or needed something. They did not clean our room the first day, they did not replenish our coffee or toilet paper the second day, I had to call the front desk 3 times to ask for them to bring us more TP, I was about ready to go to the store on my own to make a purchase. The A/C was extremly loud so we never got a decent nights sleep. I did ask to have the unit looked at, knowing ful well they couldn't fix it as it is old, and they never offered to have us move rooms. I walked up to the front desk one morning just to ask where the bus stop was located and the two gals were sitting there chatting, one was filing her nails, never bothered to acknowledge me, I had to interrupt them and say, "excuse me, may I ask a question?" and they acted like I was totally disturbing their conversation. I've travelled all over the US, Canada, Europe and Aruba and have never experienced such poor guest service. I'm not a whiner, and yes, we did spend most of our day at the beaches or on tours and enjoyed our time on island, however, when you are on vacation you expect to at least get TP when needed and without an attitude. I will not recommend this proerty to anyone that I know.
