Customer satisfaction is clearly the Top Priority! I have traveled a good deal and stayed at some very nice properties. This had it all, great location, wonderful rooms and a staff that went overboard to make you feel like the most important person on earth. From the upgraded room after an extensively delayed flight, to the frozen hand towels and watermelon at the pool, we were in heaven.
