Three of us from Australia stayed here for about 2 weeks in early Jan as a base while snowboarding mountains around tahoe. The room was warm, clean and well furnished. We gave the tv, fridge and microwave a good workout. Free wireless internet was a bonus. The owner was very kind looking after a few packages that we had fed ex'd to our room. The hotel is located really really close to the casinos, bus loop, lake, groceries and Heavenly gondola which was great seeing as we didnt have a car. Overall we had a great stay, we didnt come here with the highest expectations but were pleasantly surprised and liked it enough to come back for a another week before heading home. Giving a rating for cleanliness, location and more importantly value for money -we all agree a 5 out of 5 is totally deserved.
