We booked the Jamaca Inn, but luckily got upgraded to the Dominican tower. It was so busy that even at mid night we had hard time to get a cart to carry our luggage to the room. The room was clean, and spacious with very nice view to the ocean. We got little kids, so pools, lazy rivers, water slides are very important to us. The best of these is the water park, where the center piece is the water slides. My kids had so much fun. Other pools and lazy rivers are not the greatest, but not bad either. My biggest complaint is about their customer service. We left my daughter's favotite toys in the hotel room. I called back, and they asked for my credit card number, so that in case they find it they can mail it back to me. However when I call a few days later, they asked the same questions again, and asked for my credit card number again. Then when I called them the 3rd time after 2 weeks of waiting they said they were not supposed to help me to find the toys. This really made me upset.
