I obtained reservations through Travelocity for the Baywatch Hotel believing the rating of 3 stars represents an above average hotel (3 out of 5 stars). To our disappointment, the rooms were not clean, the carpet in one room viewed had a hole worn through the carpet and in another room viewed the carpet was dirty plus it had not been vacuumed very well. Both rooms were damp and rank smelling. When we said we were cancelling our reservations, the hotel would not give a full refund even though they were not sold out. To top that, I contacted Travelocity about the site not being a 3 star as represented by Travelocity and to my disappointment, Travelocity would not grant a full refund. At this point I do not have confidence in Travelocity's rating system and do not feel they care about their clients. Be aware of the Travelocity rating and reservation process.
