If you want to be right in the middle of the Nashville scene, this is a great hotel. While it's not themed out and touristy like the Gaylord, it is a very refined environment. We've stayed at the Loews a couple of times now and enjoyed both stays. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. If you are attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena, have business on the row or just want to visit the Honky Tonk's on broadway, this hotel is central to everything. The rooms are a little on the pricey side, but worth the cost and I appreciate that it's not overtly themed. Oh, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is Ruth's Chris ! There is also a TGI Fridays, a Mexican restaurant and a Five Guys all withing walking distance. I don't think we would choose this hotel for an extended stay because of the cost but for a short trip or one where location and comfort is important, it's a great choice.
