When I went to check in to the hotel with my prepaid reservation. They did not have a room ready for me. I arrived after 4:00 pm so this should not have been a problem. They did up grade my room, but I needed two double beds and they only had a king sweet available so they provided two roll aways. They were supposed to be free, but when I got home my credit card had been charged $32.00. I had to make several phone calls trying to get the charges reversed. After leaving several messages over several days, I finally got a hold of an actual manager who looked up and said the charges had been reversed. It would have been nice to recieve a phone call appologyzing and letting me know that the charges had been reversed. I had to make all the phone calls.
