This hotel made me feel very unwelcome

It started with the front-desk staffs. They were not welcoming at all. The room I stayed is structured very awkward. It faces a wall on the opposite side of the hotel that looks like a slum. Worst of all, I could hear everything that was going on the other room, I woke up twice the first night just to make sure nothing was going on in my bathroom but I got used to it the next 2 nights I stayed there.
