Stayed-5 nights for vacation. We stayed here because of the close location to downtown and bus lines and we weren't disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable (would have liked a mini fridge though). The staff was very nice and we appreciated them holding our luggage on our last day because our flight didn't leave until 6:00pm. The hotel kept us well aware of ongoing noise from construction and when water would be turned off due to the renovations. That being said, while doing renovations, they should consider some insulation or something to diminish sounds between the rooms. The walls are VERY thin and while my teenage daughter and myself tired ourselves out early from sightseeing and were in bed by 9:00 most nights, we were awakened nightly by noises from other rooms and patrons returning at all hours of the night. Also, while I realize it is damp in Seattle, the doors don't seem to fit properly and had to be slammed to shut which added to the noise. Price makes it worth it if you aren't too picky about noise.
