There was a problem between what we booked on Travelocity and what Travelocity booked at the hotel (accidentally). When we brought it up they were very accomidating. They helped us get into a bigger room for one night until their manager came in. We showed our reservation paper and they didn't charge for the one night up-grade and got us into the room we booked saying that they'd take care of things on their end. It was very clean and everyone was nice.
