My husband and I went here for a mini vacation. The hotel was at the south end of the strip - I highly recommend a rental car if flying here! On the second night the adjoining rooms alarm clock went off at midnight and was on for about 2 hours. I don't think anyone was staying in the room and we had to call guest services so someone could shut it off. Then the next night, again at midnight, the TV was blairing for over an hour so we had to call to guest services again to complain, then another call to guest services because it had not been turned down. Guest services finally had sercurity come and after unanswered phone calls and knocking on their door with no response the security officer said they couldn't do anything and asked if we wanted to move to a different room - at 1 in the morning! It took my husband POUNDING on the wall to get the guest in the next room to come to the door. They apologized to guest services the next morning, but not to us.
