Family stayed there for one night in March 2011 and was not impressed. The reception person was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was big but window curtains were falling, ants in bathroom, only two towels for a family of four, pillow was lumpy, bed was hard on one side and soft on the other. When asked for more towels, waited about an hour, TV remote did not work and no hotel activity schedule given or available when asked for it twice. The food was not very good either not a lot of selections. Some drinks you had to pay for. The hotel needs to be upgraded and the hotel restrooms also needs to be checked and cleaned frequently. At the pool bar, the waiter had to be called several times for drinks because he was busy talking to other people not very attentive. We was very disappointed with the quality and standard of the hotel and its services. Definitely would not stay again -- Payed $240 american dollars and it was not worth it. They charged me per person not the night.
