.Acacia is a small botique hotel steps away from the beach. The front office staff is actually in another hotel a few blocks away. The rooms are roomy, nicely decorated, and felt very "down home". We had a room overlooking the ocean and it was just perfect. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. One of the staffers even let us borrow an umbrella so we could brave the hurricane outside. We are very fortunate that he didn't care that we destroyed the umbrella. The restaurant at the hotel got rave reviews but my boyfriend and I never ate there because it was closed the whole 5 days we were in Puerto Rico. This is a big CON because I chose the hotel based on the reviews of the restaurant. Overall, its a good hotel for the price. Its clean, quite, and very comfortable.Next time I would try and stay closer to Old San Jaun since we spent most of our trip there.
