We have stayed repeatedly every year because the place is so nice. Rooms are spacious. The kids loved it. Its central and safe. Walking distance to chinatown and subway. Breakfast was great, although hectic at times (8.30-9.00). Staff including concierge service was super helpful. They also know the city well. The pool could be a few degrees warmer for g'ma and g'pa - probably our only very mild criticism. The kids loved it no matter.
