The lobby is nice, but the rooms are a disaster. They're old, horribly remodeled (with cheap furniture), and I've NEVER slept on bed so awful. My husband and I were lucky to sleep 2 hrs straight. Unfortunately, that's not all... My allergies were acting up and the room only made it worse. The air conditioning had to be turned off, or my allergies got so bad that even a full dose of benadryl couldn't keep it under control. Obviously they didn't clean the filters.. All in all, poor quality hotel that depends on the Hilton name to bring customers in. Hilton should remove their name from such a lackluster hotel. They used a parking rebate to deter customers from complaining. Do NOT stay here. When checking out, we weren't even asked how our stay was, and he seemed genuinely disinterested that we so miserable. Considering the reviews on other sites, which were quite in line with our experience, I find it hard to believe the reviews on here are valid.
