The hotel was understaffed for the number of holiday travelers staying there during our visit. There were no towels in the pool area and the front desk attendant seemed annoyed that we would even trouble her for such a thing. Same story with the breakfast service. We couldn't get extra blankets even though the wall heating unit in our room was working poorly and the outside temperature was in the single digits. Not a pleasant stay.
