I wanted to stay a third night due to a family member being in the hospital. I was frustrated that the hotel manager who had just checked me out would not allow me to return for the same rate. I found the approach to be inflexible and rather inconsiderate. To prove a point I moved to another hotel for the same rate. Overall the room rate and value were good. The manager just needs coaching on how to enhance a customer's experience.
