Mechanical problems: one of two elevators was out of service, room card key did not work, in-room safe all of a sudden did not work and all valuables were locked inside (it took 2 hours to get fixed). Room cleaning was terrible. One day we had no glasses and it took and hour and 1/2 to get them.
