The hotel is seriously away from everything, yet when my niece and I found the subway, that became less of an issue. A taxi ride is a bit costly, but when you throw in the distance the hotel is from the city center, you don't worry about it. Hotel-arranged transfers from the airport made that a non-issue. The grounds had a large lake where the locals sat and fished, and the tennis courts were clay (the first time I played on clay). The hotel had a resort-like calm and ease to it without the clamor and noise. This was a nice respite from the tumult of city life. Enjoyable.
