Hotel is very nice. Room is standard size. If you are staying on site without a car be prepared to pay lots of money for breakfast. The resturant has a buffet but cost $ per person. Yes this is the best deal cause if you buy items individually costs even more. They have a contential breakfast which is also very expensive $$ for a single pint of milk and $$ for 2 pieces of toast. $$ for a apple or a banana. If you stay a few days this will add up. Eating at the city walk restrurants is average price and the food is not too bad. Make sure you understand that the only park that is open early is Islands of Adventure, and it is only open to Harry Potter. They direct you directly to that area, no where else in the park is open. The boats do run frequently and is worth the wait. Also be prepared to come back to the hotel and find the pool area closed! This happened with us after a very hot day at the park. No warning! Tried to cut thru the pool area to get to our room and it was closed for a private funtion! Yes they said you could go to Hard Rock hotel and use their pool, but who wants to get on 2 differnt boats just to go use a pool. I was very unhappy. I called to the front desk and they offered me a late checkout. Not what I was wanting. They did offer me a credit to our account, but it wasn't that much! I wanted the pool. We had to wait until 8:30pm. By that time it was dark and everyone was tired. I think they should have given warning of this. We left the park early to come back and go swimming. Had I known that the pool was closed we would have stayed at the park longer. Overall nice if you only stay 1-2 days. Otherwise not worth the expensive price in staying on site! Will not do this again.
