Walking into this place was very strange. It felt like I was walking into a small hick town in the 60s. I travel for business regularly throughout the western states and have never ran into such rude or incompetent staff. In general the staff have no concept of modern day customer service. Several things happened that made me feel like I was imagining racist behavior, but upon checkout, the front desk clerk (Mary? she calls everyone darlin) made a reference to a certain race saying "It's terrible when they bring in the fish they caught in the river, and put them in their bathtubs filled with ice). Will I be staying here again? No chance of that.
