Slight mix up at first, but it was straightened out

I initially made my reservation for a penthouse suite, but when I arrived w/my family found only a basic room with one bed and sofa sleeper. After alerting the hotel front desk and travelocity, it was quickly resolved and all was well. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and had a good experience both times. It's very convenient to the Nashville airport.
