I stayed at the Westin in May 2011 for a conference and was disappointed by the experience. It's a beautiful hotel, including the room, and the staff is courteous. However, the staff was not particularly knowledgable about the hotel or the area. The pool was closed. I accidentally left my toothpaste at home and was unable to get any from the hotel. The sheets felt like they had been dry cleaned and starched and the towels smelled like coffee. There was a charge for internet in the room, lobby, and business center. At least, I was able to print my boarding pass for free. I tried to connect to the in room inernet but after going through the charge process, the internet didn't work.
