The hotel was in a nice part of town close to some of the famous red rocks but farther away from the traffic and commotion of downtown. Sedona isn't that big so we were able to go downtown and to the art district in 10-15 minutes at the most. Many very nice restaurants were closeby as was a natural grocery store to stock up on snacks, water, lunches. My mother broke her ankle on a hike during our stay and the staff quickly gave us a ground floor handicapped room for the duration without any hassle, extra charges etc.... The rooms are not huge but were perfect for a family of four to relax after sightseeing and even heat up a few lunches and dinners in teh microwave. The breakfast was not great but I loved the 24 hour tea service in the lobby. Would stay again.
