Overall excellent

It was a great experience staying at Kahala, except one thing, my husband and I asked for a babysitter, but receptionist forgot about it and was quite frustrating that night. I didn't get apology from hotel staff about it either. One mistake would happen to anyone anywhere, so I don't want to rate too low because of it, but we'd expected a little more if we are paying over 350/night. Really, everything else was excellent about that hotel.
