This hotel let me check in and go to my room to find out that there was NO airconditioning. In the middle of the summer!! It was sweltering. When asked when the air would be repaired the staff did not know because no company had been called to fix it yet. I asked for a refund from Benchmark and was told it would have to come from Travelocity. I called Travelocity to complain about the room and was told to ask for a room change which did NOT help. I requested the refund from Travelocity but was given a certificate for a discount instead. You sleep in a hot hotel room in the middle of the summer in 90 degree # temperatures that you paid top dollar for and see if you ever want to use the company that could not help you get a refund again!!!
