Our check in was a long experience. We had prepaid thru Travelocity and had our documents stating so. Over a dozen customers ahead of us. All took far too long to check in and most had prepaid as we had. We had three parties in our group. Took us over an hour to get a room key. Location was good as hotel is at the airport. Breakfast was ok.
