Frustrating Experience

We booked a room through Travelocity and found the room to be mediocre. The bathroom was a bit grungy, with some mildew, soap scum, and dirty buildup in the corners. The rest of the room was tidy, spacious enough, and adequate for our overnight needs. However, my parents were staying at the same hotel in a different room for that same night. They paid $50 less for their room and their room was cleaner, more spacious, and included a fridge and microwave. Also frustrating was that we picked the hotel because it advertised a fitness room, but after scouring the hotel we never found it.
