the staff seemed rather unwelcoming and the management was rather rude to their employees. the breakfast selection was quite poor, defrosted donuts, stale cereal and also the coffee had a weird taste. The rooms were ok. In Williams itself is nothing. We would only recommend for a over night stay before you go to the grand canyon. We will stay the next time in Flagstaff.
